Luna Serving plate set

Not something that I make everyday,  but still I remember having a lot of fun while making it. Really appreciate how the oxide sits in the cloth texture and reveal the details.
What you will be ordering is a piece that I freshly make! With new recipe of glaze, new and higher temperature of firing!
That will take me around 5-7 weeks time to give birth of the work.

Inspiration and design:
A set of serving plate made with stone white clay with the technique of slab building. The surface of the plates is with white colour with glossy finishing and subtle speckles from the clay.

Colour and story:
Bottom of the plates inside is glazed with a thin layer of iron oxide, which gives the plates an urban warmth in a rough texture, also capturing the pattern of the clay texture. 
Alongside, the rough finishing creates an interesting contradiction to the smooth and shiny outside of the plates.

The set of plate comes with 3 sizes: 
S/ 6.5W x 2H cm
M/ 12.7W x 2.6H cm

L/ 17.5W x 3H cm
Your order will come in set of three pieces. Including size of small, medium and large.
Firing will be done in cone 10 with food safe, lead free glaze. All works are 100% food safe and microwave safe.
Each of the product is handmade with love, finishing product may slightly vary (in terms of size, thickness, glazing effect etc.)
